| Taiwan fruit imports |
| Xiamen imported 1,890 tons of Taiwan-produced fruits in the first two months of the year, ranking nationally only behind Shanghai and Shenzhen. The first batch of Taiwan fruit was introduced into the Xiamen market via the Xiamen-Kinmen sea route in May of 2005. Xiamen has since become a key transshipment point for Taiwan fruits imported into mainland China. |
