Enterprises wishing to obtain the Confirmation for State-encouraged Foreign-funded Project shall provide the following documents and materials (3 working days):

1. Mandatory materials (one copy each):

A. Photocopies of approval documents and certificates for the establishment and asset increase of the enterprise;

B. Feasibility Study Report

C. Inventory of imported equipment (in duplicate)

2. Prerequisites:

A. The Confirmation for State-encouraged Foreign-funded Project will only be issued to enterprises that are approved or of which the assets are increased after Jan.1, 1998 and those whose main business belongs to the encouraged category in the Guiding Catalog for Foreign-funded Projects;

B. Imported goods are subject to the restrictions imposed by the Catalog of Taxable Imported Goods of Foreign-funded Projects;

C. The value of imported goods shall not exceed the total investment volume.
