Foreign-funded enterprises shall register with Xiamen Financial Bureau and subject to financial supervision within 30 days after the reception of the business license.
Materials to be submitted when registering with the treasury:

1. Photocopies of the Approval Certificate and other approval documents for the establishment of the enterprise;

2. Valid photocopy of the duplicate copy of Business License;

3. Photocopies of the Contracts (for Joint Ventures and Cooperative Joint Ventures) and the Articles of Association of the enterprise;

4. Local Taxation Registration Certificate and State Taxation Registration Certificate;

5. Treasury Registration Form (sealed with the company's seal).
