Foreign-funded enterprises shall submit the following documents:

1. Approval documents issued by the Foreign Investment Bureau for the establishment of the enterprise

2. Valid photocopy of the duplicate copy of the Business License issued by the Industry and Commerce Bureau;

3. Photocopy of the Approval Certificate issued by the Foreign Investment Bureau;

4. Photocopy of the legal person code certificate

5. Feasibility Study Report, the duplicate copies of the contract, agreement and the by-laws of the enterprise;

6. ID cards, passports or other legitimate personal identification certificates of the legal representative, financial controller and the person dealing with tax formalities;

7. The certificate of property right or the premise lease contract

8. Certificate of bank account

9. Forms to be filled out: Taxation Registration Form for Foreign-funded Enterprise (in duplicate)
