The foreign-funded enterprise shall submit the following documents in order to obtain its legal person code:
1. Photocopies of the Approval Certificate issued by the FIB

2. Photocopies of the valid Business License

3. The Legal Person Code Application Form signed by the authorized person with the official seal of the enterprise

4. The person dealing with the procedure shall demonstrate his/her personal identification upon obtaining the code. Those who are entrusted by the applying enterprise to deal with the procedure should present the letter of entrustment from the enterprise
