Xiamen Complaint Center for Foreign Investors is an organization established by the Government to improve the investment environment and promptly handling of the problems encountered by foreign-funded enterprises. It has an administrative affairs office and is subordinate to Xiamen Foreign Investment Bureau.
Its principal functions are:

Handle complaints lodged by foreign-funded companies in Xiamen;

Organize and coordinate the operation of city's complaint handling network;

Guide foreign-funded enterprises to file complaints in accordance with pertinent laws, accept complaints and handle complaints according to the law; standardize and legalize the complaint handling system and regulations;

File and classify complaints accepted, report the problems to pertinent authorities, CPC Xiamen Committee and Xiamen Municipal Government and provide theoretical basis for the improvement of Xiamen's investment environment.
