Remarks:
1. Double Base power rate is currently applied to large industrial customers. Non-household lighting where the receiver transformer boasts a capacity of over 100 KVA or the lighting devices generates a power no less than 100 KW, non-industrial customers, ordinary industrial customers and commercial businesses shall follow the Single Base Pricing System. The possibility of applying double base power rate to these customers is to be decided.
2. The rate is effective as of Agu.1, 2005 for areas in Xiamen fed by the provincial power grid and Jan 1, 2006 for areas fed by Tong’an’s own power grid.
3.Time Segments:
Extreme Peak Hours:19:00-21:00, Peak Hours: 8:30-11:30, 14:30-17:30, Off-peak Hours: 23:00-7:00 (next day), Normal Hours:7:00-8:30；11:30-14:30；17:30-19:00；21:00-23:00
4. When power supply is needed, customers shall apply to the Electricity Industry Bureau and put into place qualified power receiving equipment. Power supply will be ready in 3 working days upon application for Household use, 7 working days upon application for low voltage power supply, 15 working days upon application for single-base high power supply and 30 working days upon application for double-base high power supply.
