The 12th China International Fair for Investment and Trade will be held on September 8 in Xiamen. Li Liu Quan, the vice minister of the conference organizing committee, said that China Property-rights Exchange Fair would be launched in emphasis during the CIFIT, which were expected to attract the top private equity funds of the world to take a huge amount of money of USD100b to look for investment projects.

It was introduced that China Property-rights Exchange Fair would took the advantages of Xiamen CIFIT, giving prominence to the full-participation and multi-communication of the investors, the project sides and the intermediaries, which would be an industry conference with themes on exchanges of property rights and financing services of growing enterprises. The fair includes three parts on exhibitions, theme forums and negotiations. The invited participants of various institutions are expected to be more than 300, with a total investment of over USD100b. By then, the top investment funds of the world, such as the Carlyle Group, the Buffett Investment and Lehman Brothers GOG, will gather in Xiamen to find investment opportunities. At the same time, more than 350 enterprises to be listed with high-growth and more than 5,000 outstanding financing projects are going to look for cooperative partners in the conference.

On September 8 of each year, the CIFIT is regularly held in Xiamen, which has already had 11 successful sessions and has developed as an important platform for international capital to enter Chinese market in recent years.
