Specifically, the per capita wage income was 32,913 yuan, up by 8.2%; the per capita NOI (net operating income) was 4,349 yuan, up 3.0%; the per capita net property income was 5,253 yuan, increasing by 6.6%; the per capita transfer net income was 4,114 yuan, up 14.9%. Meanwhile, the annual per capita living expenditures of all residents reached 30,356 yuan, up by 3.9% over the previous year.

In 2017, the city’s per capita disposable income for urban residents went up 8.1% to 50,019 yuan. Among which the per capita wage income was rose by 8.3% to 32,426 yuan; the per capita NOI (net operating income) increased 2.3% to 4,278 yuan; the per capita net property income was up 6.5% to 5,819 yuan and the per capita transfer net income grew by 14.9% to 4,495 yuan. While the annual per capita living expenditures for urban residents amounted to 32,009yuan, up by 3.7% over the previous year.

The city’s per capita disposable income for rural residents went up 8.3% to 20,460 yuan. To be specific, the per capita wage income of rural residents was rose 7.5% to 13,507 yuan; the per capita NOI (net operating income) increased 7.3% to 4,900 yuan; the per capita net income was up 19.0% to 879 yuan and the per capita transfer net income grew by 15.8% to 1,174 yuan. On the other hand, the annual per capita living expenditures for rural residents stood at 17,593 yuan, a 7.9% increase against the previous year.
