Introducted talents, current talents and high-end talents flexibly recruited who satisfy the conditions may apply to purchase talent-oriented apartments or apply for housing allowances (for purchase or rental).
Xiamen enterprises may flexibly recruit professional and technical talents and management talents possessing a bachelor or higher degree or at least medium-level professional title without changing their employment relationships with their former employers regardless of the nationality, household registration, location, identity, record and personnel status thereof.
Any enterprise, except those with foreign sole proprietorships, that intends to recruit any foreign (overseas) talent may apply for subsidies for introduction of foreign technical and management talents (an annual per capita subsidy of RMB 20,000 to 40,000 Yuan for ordinary projects and RMB 200,000 to 500,000 Yuan for key projects).
Any foreign expert who has been confirmed as high-level overseas talents may apply for a foreign expert certificate valid for 2 to 5 years and a residence permit with the corresponding validity period.
Talents who study in Taiwan and acquire a bachelor or higher degree may enjoy relevant preferential policies with reference to the Rules of Xiamen Special Economic Zone to Encourage Returned Overseas Students to Start Businesses in Xiamen where they intend to start businesses or work in Xiamen.
Each attracted post-doctoral workstation personnel may enjoy a subsidy of RMB 100,000 Yuan within the specified quotas. The Municipal Government will also award a subsidy of RMB 2 million Yuan to any post-doctoral scientific research workstation established as certified and recommended by the Municipal Bureau of Personnel and approved by the Ministry of Personnel.
